Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a proposal for deepening the fifth storey in the Luleč opencast mine. The introduction part of the report is focused on an approach the basic characteristic of the bearings including petrographic and hydrogeological conditions. The following section deals with opening, mining methods and economical use of the bearings. The next section disserts on the redevelopment and rehabilitation of the land affected by mining.The final part of this report is to evaluate the techno-economic and environmental benefits of the proposed solution procedure.
