Opakovatelnost při analýze práškových vzorků infračervenou spektroskopií za použití techniky bromidových tablet

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the determination value of repeatability of powder samples analysis by infrared spectroscopy using technique of bromide pellets in the middle infrared region. The determined value of repeatability is compared with the value of repeatability obtained from the bachelor thesis of Monika Nogolová, who dealt with the repeatability of the measurement using nujol suspension technique with a modified polyethylene window in the far infrared region. In the quantitative analysis of infrared spectroscopy of powder samples the nujol suspension technique is not commonly used. On the contrary, the technique of bromide pellets is the most typical method for the quantitative application of infrared spectroscopy for powder materials.
