Analýza primárních emisí akcií na Pražské burze

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with issues related to Initial Public Offering (IPO). In the first part it was essential to present various possibilities of obtaining capital at joint-stock companies and to describe the concept of the very first sale of stock including the IPO implementation process. The goal of the thesis is the analysis of issue of shares at Prague Stock Exchange. The analysis was done through comparison from the point of view of both, the issuers (costs) and the investors (returns). And finally, all data gained from the analysis were assessed.
