Abstract

The diploma thesis includes the design of the project documentation for realization of the building. Furthermore, the thesis includes thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures, the energy label of the building and static assesment of selected structural elements. The building is a detached administrative building, in a shape of a modied letter H, is designed in a mononry logitudial construction systém. The building consists of four floors, one of them is designed as a basement. In the basement of the building there is the technical – utility background of the building and archive rooms. The offices themselves, meeting rooms, hygiene facilities, and a kitchen are located on the 1st and 2nd floors above ground. Management offices, a kitchen, an archive room and two terraces are designed on the 3rd floor.
