Využití programovatelných logických automatů pro řízení pásových dopravníků

Abstract

In this piece of work is introduced brief description, characteristics, structure and choice of belt conveyor for quarries, strip mines and underground mines. Thereunto the analysis of less used system, the MJM 20 is suggested. In another part is described maintenance and automatics of the APD1 system, one the most used in the Czech republic. There are specified operative parts of the system and introduced an example of monitoring and visual representation of processes. In the practical part were designed inputs and outputs for the control device, where ALPHA II, which is programmed for forked trunks of belt conveyor through AL-PCS/WIN software, from Mitsubishi company programming unit was utilized.
