Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku Kovosteel, s.r.o.

Abstract

V diplomové práci se zabývám výkonností společnosti Kovosteel s.r.o. Cílem mé diplomové práce je zhodnotit výkonnost společnosti Kovosteel, s.r.o. v letech 2005 – 2009. V první části diplomové práce se zaměřuji na teoretická východiska z oblasti hodnocení výkonnosti podniku – fundamentální analýzu, finanční analýzu, Du Pontův rozklad a souhrnné modely hodnocení finanční úrovně podniku. Podkladem pro zpracování této části se staly znalosti, které jsem získala studiem vysoké školy a z dostupné odborné literatury. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost Kovosteel, s.r.o., která se zabývá především výkupem, sběrem a zpracováním odpadů. Výkonnost společnosti jsem hodnotila na základě provedené SWOT analýzy a finanční analýzy. V závěrečné části diplomové práce jsem na základě provedených analýz zhodnotila celkovou úroveň výkonnosti společnosti Kovosteel, s.r.o. a navrhla reálná opatření, která by měla vést k zefektivnění činnosti společnosti.

The thesis deals with the performance of the company Kovosteel Ltd. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the performance of Kovosteel from 2005 to 2009. In the first part of the thesis I focus on the theoretical basis of the evaluation of business performance - a fundamental analysis, financial analysis, Du Pont decomposition and comprehensive models for financial evaluation of the enterprise level. The basis for the preparation of this part of my thesis is the knowledge that I gained during university studies and from available literature. The introduction to the practical part presents Kovosteel, Ltd., which mainly deals with purchase, collection and processing of waste. I evaluated the performance of the company on the basis of the SWOT analysis and financial analysis. In the final part of the work I evaluated the overall performance level of Kovosteel Ltd. on the basis of the performed analysis and to propose realistic measures that should lead to the streamlining of the company.
