Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a digitized document approval process in the company XY s.r.o., where this process had previously been carried out exclusively in paper form. The main objective was to increase the efficiency, clarity, and security of processing incoming documents while preserving the already established rules. Digitization also contributes to the elimination of risks arising from human error or intentional misconduct. The thesis includes a detailed analysis of the initial state, a proposed solution, and a final comparison of both approaches. The result is a fully functional digital environment that enables seamless digitization of the process while maintaining all original requirements and procedures.
