Typologie leadershipu a jeho vliv na výkonnost vybrané organizace

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá typologií leadershipu a jeho vlivem na výkonnost vybrané organizace. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení typologie leadershipu, problematiku výkonnosti podniku a další pojmy související s danou oblastí. Součástí práce je také praktická část, ve které byly pomocí kvantitativních a kvalitativních metod získány poznatky z praxe a následně propojené s teoretickými východisky. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení aktuálního stavu organizace a formulace doporučení, která mohou přispět ke zvýšení efektivity vedení a výkonnosti podniku.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the typology of leadership and its influence on the performance of a selected organization. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of leadership typology, the issue of business performance, and other concepts related to this field. The thesis also includes a practical part in which findings from practice were obtained using quantitative and qualitative methods and subsequently connected with the theoretical background. The result of the thesis is an evaluation of the current state of the organization and the formulation of recommendations that may contribute to increasing the effectiveness of leadership and organizational performance.
