Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the selection of Financing of Public Investment Project. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is the selection of Financing source for thermal insulation of House of Culture in the village Závišice with using the multi-criteria decision making. The selected criteria include the annual percentage rate of charge, burden on the budget, total indebtedness, present value of the expenditure, the sensitivity of the present value of the expenditures to interest rate changes and impact of subsidies. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts, characteristics of funding sources and methodology used are described. In the practical part, the analysis of individual criteria is performed and according to the obtained results using the multi-criteria decision making to determine the optimal method of financing of the Public Investment Project is performed.
