Abstract

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of a family house on plot No. 3925/6, 3925/7 in the cadastral territory of Horní Těrlicko according to the valid Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation. The bachelor's thesis is made according to the architectural study from the subject Studio creation I - academic year 2021/2022, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Videcká Lucie. This study was subsequently further elaborated and extensively revised in the course Studio Creation V – academic year 2023/2024, thesis supervisor Ing. architect Jiří Hořínek. During the course, it was also consulted with the civil engineering consultant Ing. Marko Jašek, Ph.D. The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation of the building and a text part with an accompanying, summary and technical report on the given building and plot. The appendices contain drawing documentation of the planned family house and architectural processing in the form of architectural views and visualizations. The specialization of the bachelor thesis is architecture.
