Abstract

Bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of the evaluation of dangerous properties of selected substances in the regulations for the transport and rules of hazardous chemicals. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the law on chemicals and chemical products, which provides basic concepts, classifications and other information relating to chemicals and chemical products. The second part describes the various legal documents for road and rail transport of dangerous substances. The third part compares the differences in the assessment of dangerous properties of substances in terms of flammability, and corrosivity. In the fourth section provides methods for testing the hazardous properties of substances. The conclusion summarizes the differences in classification and assessment of hazardous properties.
