Abstract

The subject of the work is the implementation of strategic and economic analysis of Dopravní podnik a.s. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part groups the knowledge from the literature and presents the procedures by which the findings will be processed. In the practical part, methods and procedures are applied to a specific company with a subsequent proposal of future possible strategies and recommendations for the future development of the company.
