Vymáhání pohledávek ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Problematika vzniku pohledávek po splatnosti je u podnikatelských subjektů čím dál častějším jevem. Přitom právě pohledávky po splatnosti mnohdy ohrožují chod podnikání a je tedy zapotřebí jim věnovat náležitou pozornost. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku pohledávek po splatnosti, na opatření, která mohou zabránit jejich vzniku a na jednotlivé kroky, které jsou pro vymáhání pohledávek důležité.

The problems of debts arised after due for payment are more and more freguent phenomenon about business subjects. But just the debts after due for payment are often endangering for businnes and therefore is necessary watch out it. This bachelor thesis is aimed on the problems of debts and on measures which can prevent its arise and on particular processes which are important for recovery of debts after due for payment.
