Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is making of the project documentation for a public facility building - the house for residents with reduced mobility. The building has one basement floor, first floor and second floor. The object’s system is of a brick construction, it’s based on strip foundation. The main part of the object has flat roof, the entry is roofed shed style-like. The budget and schedule of the construction are planned as well. The technological part is concerned with a realization of reinforced concrete fundamets. The part of the technological process is also evaluation of time and economical difficulty of implementation of base constructions. The budget and schedule of the construction are planned as well.
