Investiční záměr výstavby polyfunkčního domu na ulici Masarykova ve Valašském Meziříčí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním investičního záměru pro výstavbu polyfunkčního domu ve Valašském Meziříčí. Práce obsahuje získané poznatky a podklady řešeného území včetně provedení stávajícího stavu. V rámci návrhu řešení polyfunkčního domu z pohledu využitelnosti předmětného území jsou vypracovány dvě varianty řešení - přičemž jedna z variant je rozpracována detailně. Výstavba polyfunkčního domu zahrnuje návrh domu s vestavěnou občanskou vybaveností a to ve využití služeb, kancelářských prostorů a možnosti bydlení. Objekt je navržen se 4.NP a podzemní garáží. V diplomové práci je kladen důraz na celkové řešení daného území s přihlédnutím na potřeby obyvatel. Dále je stavba navržena tak, aby nenarušovala ráz okolní zástavby.

Theme of this thesis is dealing with investment plan for construction of multifunctional house in Valašské Meziříčí. Thesis contains obtained knowledge and support materials of solved area including the situation of current status. From the point of view to usability of the area there are available two options in the design of multifunctional house – one of them is compiled in detail. Construction of multifunctional house includes design of house with built-in civil area that can be applied to offer services, office area and possibility to live in. building is designed with four floors and underground garage. In this thesis, emphasis is placed on the overall solution of the territory with respect to the needs of the population. In addition, the building is designed the way not to disturb the character of the surrounding buildings.
