Abstract

Bachelor thesis analyzes the possibilities of Unified Communications (UC) on the Windows platform. It is specifically focused on the variability of Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, according to the specific needs of business, and it presents a practical design solution for the implementation of Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 into an existing IT infrastructure of a midsized company which leads to a significant cost reduction on travel for it’s employees, reducing expenditures on telecommunication services and more.
