Abstract

KLEINOVÁ, Věra. A Safety Study for the Territorial Unit of Soběslav, Municipality with Extended Competence. [Diploma thesis]. Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2015. 53 p. This thesis deals with the safety situation in ORP Soběslav. The thesis is divided into three basic parts. Theoretical introductory part is focused on basic information about ORP Soběslav a description of the territory. In the practical part is identification of risks that occur in a scope territory. Evaluation of these risks was carried out using analysis evaluating risks on the area. Evaluated based on analyzes of the most serious risks to the field of responsible ORP Soběslav. The final part contains an assessment of the forces and means of ensuring safety in the area - use during emergency events in the evaluated area, depending on the resulting risks. On the end are proposed measures to mitigation the most serious risks.
