Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the tools of personnel marketing to reduce turnover in the selected organization. The theoretical part is based on the theoretical basis of personnel marketing and employee turnover. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current state of personnel marketing and analysis of employee turnover, analyzes the results of a questionnaire survey of employee satisfaction. Finally, measures are proposed that lead to reduced turnover and employee satisfaction, and the benefits of these measures for the organization are evaluated.
