Abstract

The objective of the bachelor’s work is to propose alternative accommodation for seniors, to fulfil the requirements for dispositional solution, fire safety, function, usefulness so as to esthetical feature of the building does not affect adversely the ambient. The building has been limited to be 4 stores, because of the existents of the family houses around. The building is suggested at the west suburb of Kopřivnice, linking functionally with a nature. A part of this project is area for accommodation for the people, and also the area for public services. Accommodation capacity is 63 persons in the house, the apartments are adapted for disabled people. There are also two isolated apartments and specialised one for nurses. Functioning areas are suggested with regard to give the best services to the seniors. All areas are suggested for disabled people including some places determined to meet and socialised. For the comfort and the help it is also arranged care services. The idea is, that people living in the house with care service to remain, as long as possible there without necessity to move to the type of the home house with the complete care, which are in fact institutional building having the character of continuous social services and the care. Bachelor’s work is produced in the range of architectonical – urban studies. Text and the drawing part are produced keeping in view provision number 503/2006 about content and range documentation to request about issuing decision about placing construction and equipment (document of territorial decision) or decision about the change of construction and about the change of influence the building to take use area. Bachelor’s work contains 66 pages. Work was written under the direction of Ing. Zdařilové Renaty, Ph.D.
