Řízení údržby ve společnosti Huisman Konstrukce, s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení údržby a využití diagnostických postupů při zjišťování závad ve výrobní strojírenské společnosti. Při tvorbě této práce byla navázána spolupráce se společností Huisman Konstrukce, s.r.o. a bylo tak možno aplikovat teoreticko-analytické postupy na skutečné údaje strojní údržby, které společnost poskytla. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je tato diplomové práce zaměřena na historii, ekonomický vývoj a současný status společnosti Huisman Konstrukce s.r.o. a je zde také podrobně popsána problematika managementu řízení údržby. V praktické části práce se pak za využití ABC a FMEA analýzy hodnotí vybrané strojní zařízení.

The thesis is focused on the maintenance management issue and the use of diagnostic procedures during the detecting defects in manufacturing engineering company. When creating this thesis, the cooperation with Huisman Konstrukce, s.r.o. was established and thus it was possible to apply theoretical and analytical procedures on the real machine maintenance data provided by the company. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on history, economic development and current status of Huisman Konstrukce, s.r.o. and it is also described in detail the issue of maintenance management. In the practical part of the thesis, selected machinery is evaluated by using ABC and FMEA analysis.
