Abstract

The thesis is focused on the optimization of the logistics system to ensure input material subsidiaries VÍTKOVICE CYLINDERS as The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the company, the definition of logistics, logistics chain . The practical part consists of an analysis of the current state of cohesion of activities cooperating subsidiaries , which describes the current state of logistics, compares the range of input materials and individual companies , resulting in the unification of input material and subsequent optimization of logistic system input material. Subsequent definitions of risk and benefit evaluation leads to an overall optimization of the logistics system .
