Abstract

The work deals with the management of stocks in a particular company. With the help of available literature focuses on the baseline situation in the company, describes the current system of inventory management of materials and proposes measures to improve the management of stocks in the selected materials. The aim of work is to change the current system in order to reduce the average physical stock, and thus a reduction in funds tied in stocks of materials. The basic thesis is ABC analysis of stock items of materials.
