Thesis deals with fire ventilation in underground garages using jet ventilation. The first chapter deals with the breakdown of garages according to certain criteria and requirements for ventilation of garages. In the second chapter describes the characteristics and principles of jet ventilation and a brief description. The third chapter deals with individual components of jet ventilation systems and their current brief description. The four chapter is devoted to a brief description of system requirements jet ventilation in the Czech and foreign standards and their mutual comparison, then this chapter is proposed fires and their different requirements specified in standards. Fifth chapter describes the verification of the effectiveness of the current ventilation, non-toxic smoke tests and also comparing the current ventilation system with convective systems smoke and heat control.
