Stres v pracovním prostředí bankovních zaměstnanců

Abstract

The diploma thesis is aimed at the issue of stress in the work environment of bank advisors. This work is composed of two parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical field, which related with the issue of stress. The empirical part presents a brief description of the selected organization. Furthermore, in this part, is done the analysis and interpretation of the results of the questionnaire survey, which was attended by bank advisors of the selected organization. Based on the results, from questionnaire survey, are presented suggestions and recommendations that can lead to a reduction of stress in the workplace.
