Revitalizace komplexní ochrany venkovního prostoru aquaparku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá revitalizací celkového systému technického zabezpečení venkovního prostoru aquaparku. Teoretická část je věnována právním předpisům a technickým normám týkajících se dané problematiky. Je zde také rozebrána fyzická ochrana a její členění. Následující část se soustřeďuje na popis samotného aquaparku a jeho současné zabezpečení doplněné statistikou protiprávních činů. Předmětem dalšího úseku práce je aplikace vybraných analytických metod se zaměřením na rizika spojená s narušením bezpečnosti střediska. Na základě výsledků analýz jsou v poslední části uvedeny návrhy inovativních opatření vedoucí k minimalizaci zjištěných rizik.

The thesis deals with design of revitalization of overall technical security system of the outdoor waterpark. The theoretical part focuses on the legal regulations and technical standards related to the issue. It also explores the physical protection and its fields. The next section contains the description of the waterpark itself and its current security complemented by statistics of unlawful acts. The subject of the following section is the application of selected analytical methods, focusing on the risks associated with security breach of the center. Proposals for innovative measures to minimize identified risks, which are based on the results of analyzes, are presented in the last part of the thesis.
