Usnadnění monitorování signálů ze snímačů automobilu pro podporu výuky

Abstract

In this bachelor's thesis, we are dealing with sensors that participate in engine control of the Škoda Superb 1.4 TSI third generation vehicle. We performed an analysis of selected sensors and buses in the engine compartment, where the correct establishment of the connection played an important role, allowing the possibility of signal output to the connector, while also maintaining a full functionality of the vehicle. The next step was the construction of a terminal, which can be linked up to the connector. The output of the terminal are individual contacts, that enable monitoring of the selected sensors using laboratory aids and a connectors, which allows monitoring CAN-BUS. The comparison of signals from Bosch diagnostic device with signals from the terminal also played an important role. Diagnostic devices usually provide us with a less accurate signal, which is due to low frequency of sampling. Our own terminal enabled us to obtain much more accurate data, which is very convenient, since the terminal is to serve as a teaching aid for future students.
