Abstract

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is question what is Key account management and its possibility of use in an industrial company. Fist part deals with analysis that influences the company. Next part deals with setting of key customers, their satisfaction and loyalty; the third part deals with driving customer’s relationships, construction of development plan and subsequent care of customers. The result of this work is how best and right should company care of their key customers.
