Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis analyzes employee benefits at a selected commercial company, referred to in this thesis as Company KD. The main objective of the thesis is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the current benefits system, assess its actual effectiveness, and subsequently propose specific innovative measures for its optimization. The theoretical section, utilizing literature review and description methods, defines basic concepts, historical development, and the tax and motivational aspects of benefits. The practical section first comprehensively presents the company under study based on an analysis of internal documentation and subsequently evaluates the effectiveness of the benefit program in use through a questionnaire survey. The research results demonstrated high employee satisfaction with the current offering and confirmed its strong stabilizing effect. Based on the identified employee preferences, the proposal section formulates specific innovative measures aimed at supporting health and leisure activities, including their economic and tax assessment.
