Abstract

Bachelor thesis is concerned with the issues of communication activities application. The theoretical part is baseded on professional literature dealing with the obovestated issues. In the practical part, Walmark company a.s. and its communcation activities are described. It also includes the analysis and the assessment of questionnaire survey results. Questionnaire survey was performed among citizens of the town of Ostrava, and on the basis of obtained data, certain recommendations as well as possible solutions were suggested that might lead to the improvement of company´s position on the market.
