Možnosti implementace technologie PACS v jazyce JavaScript

Abstract

Cílem této práce je seznámení se s pojmy Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine(DICOM) a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). Déle máme za úkol reali-zovat propojení webové aplikace Orthosoft s nemocničním PACS serverem. Na tomto serverujsou uložené DICOM snímky, ze kterých si uživatel vybere, který chce stáhnout a dále s ním vaplikaci pracovat.Aplikace je napsána ve frameworku ASP.NET MVC. V této práci se nejdříve seznámíme sdaným prostředím a technologiemi a poté přejdeme na samotnou implementaci.Nadále si řekneme, jak a na čem byla práce testována a v závěru si shrneme, co mi tato prácedala a jak mám v plánu s ní pokračovat.Důležité je ještě zmínit to, že aplikace bude využita v reálném prostředí.

The aim of this work is to get some introduction to terms Digital Imaging and Communicationsin Medicine (DICOM) a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). In the next partof this thesis we need to establish connection between Orthosoft web application and hospitalPACS server. This server contains DICOM files. The user then choose, which file he wants todownload and further work with.Application is using the ASP.NET MVC framework. In this thesis, we first get familiar withthe technologies and then we move on to the actual implementation.Then we talk about, how I tested the application and what I used for it. In the end Isummarize what skills I gained during the work on this thesis and how I plan to continue thework.It is necessary to mention that this application is going to be used in the real environment.
