Abstract

This thesis aims to show the issue of reducing emissions from small heat sources – local heating from the perspective of the use of solar thermal systems for hot water or heating also supported. The introduction describes the small heat sources and their emissions. The following is a description of the solar system. The practical part describes the methodology, results and evaluation of data investigating the effect of solar systems to reduce emissions of local heating. The final summary contains a view of future application of solar systems in reducing emissions.
