Abstract

The thesis is focused on the control system in terms of the city. There is generally of the analysis of public administration and its breakdown. It deals with the tasks of control in public administration and types, organizations of this control, from the perspective of internal control and external control. Then there is the description of the city administration, the main activities of the different departments of municipal office and city economy. The main focus of work is to evaluate the control system in terms of Zabreh municipal office, from the perspective of security controls in accordance with the Act on Municipalities, and pursuant to the Act on Financial Control. The town has introduced Organization directive on financial control, which introduced control in the town. Financial control is in terms of Zabreh conducted by the Internal Audit, which has the city since 2003, even though not legally required to have established this department.
