Abstract
The aim of the thesis is synthesis and characterization of Ca-deficent hydroxyapatite composites with selected inorganic structures, namely bioapatites and cenospheres. Ca-deficent hydroxyapatite is prepared on the surface of calcined bioapatites at different temperatures and on cenospheres of different size fractions. These composites are characterizated by selected methods of X-ray diffraction analysis, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and size of particles are measured. The results show that Ca-deficent hydroxyapatite is prepared on the surface of bones and cenospehres and there are no chemical interactions between it and the substrates. Two candidates were selected from these composites, which were organicly modified with L-lysine. Organicaly modified composites were characterizated by X-ray difraction. The results show, that bond between Ca-deficient hydroxyapatite and L-lysine is likely to occur.
