Abstract

This thesis deals with the possibilities of business in the Czech republic, the company is incorporated and the possibilities of financing.

It describes the establishment of EXTREM, Ltd., which will deal with the sale of sporting goods and the subsequent provision of service and auxiliary services.

The first chapter describes the capabilities and characteristics of entrepreneurship in the CR, which characterizes the Licensing Act.

The second chapter is devoted to funding companies with which they are secured by cash flows in and through which the company invests in long-term facilities.

Described in detail the process of establishing a finance company with limited liability company is engaged in the third chapter. There is a direct application to the company EXTREM, Ltd.

In the last chapter are suggestions to reduce risks and improve business and quality management.
