Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess teamwork and its impact on the development of the organisation. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the issue of teams and teamwork is introduced. The formation of a work team or factors affecting teamwork. The practical part includes a detailed introduction of the organization and the issue of research methods. The analysis of the current state of teamwork is presented by the detailed results of a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview. Finally, the practical part presents suggestions and recommendations for improving teamwork and organizational development.
