Abstract
The thesis deals with design of University building Karlín in Prague. The project is based on design of urban study. Part of the university building is student housing which is complemented by space for university administration and services. The ground floor forms a parterre providing service industry. Roofed interior creates semiprivate area which is the central part of the whole building.
