Metody financování rozvojových projektů obcí

Abstract

The main purpose of the diploma thesis is based on analysis and comparison of particular methods of development projects financing in the public sector and with specific project application. The methods of comparison will be used in the diploma thesis, analyzing of strong and weak points, opportunities and comparison of particular methods with possible advantages or disadvantages. For the fulfilling the purpose of the thesis should answer (or displace) working hypotheses. 1) The most suitable method of the financing of brownfield Hrušov regeneration appears the concession model PPP. 2) There are possibilities on drawing considerable funds from European grants for the brownfield Hrušov financing. The diploma thesis contain of five chapters. The first and the last chapter is composed of the introduction and the conclusion. The second chapter represents the financing methods of development projects of municipalities in the public sector in general. The third chapter contains the realizing of a possible financial support analysis of the particular Ostrava's city development project for the brownfield Hrušov regeneration and there is a further description of the development project structure and tools for implementation. The fourth chapter focus on the comparison of using basic differences of particular methods and especially analyzing theirs advantages and disadvantages.
