Návrh standardizovaného postupu při hodnocení strategických dodavatelů

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh standardizovaného postupu při hodnocení strategických dodavatelů. V teoretické části práce je pozornost věnována vztahu mezi odběratelem a dodavatelem v dodavatelských řetězcích. Další kapitola v teoretické části se zabývá metodikou hodnocení dodavatelů a příklady vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Praktické část je již věnována aplikaci metodiky hodnocení strategických dodavatelů od výběru dodavatelů až k samotnému hodnocení za využití stávajícího informačního systému firmy.

The thesis proposal is a standardized procedure for the evaluation of strategic suppliers. In the theoretical part of the work, the attention is paid to the relationship between customer and supplier in supply chains. The next chapter in the theoretical part deals with the methodology of evaluation of suppliers and examples of multi-criteria decision making. The practical part is devoted to application of the methodology evaluation of strategic suppliers from supplier selection through to the actual evaluation using existing information system of the company.
