Vliv tloušťky tepelné izolace spodní stavby panelových bytových domů na tepelné a vlhkostní vlastnosti dílčích obvodových konstrukcí

Abstract

The dissertation is focused on the influence of the thickness of the thermal insulation of the prefabricated blocks of flat’s bottom part on the thermal and moisture characteristics of the sub peripheral structures these parts of buildings. Technical discipline called Thermal Protection of Buildings solves thermal technology of building objects and structures. At present main thermal and moisture properties and parameters of structure are defined in current building regulations (mainly [12]). With an understanding of thermal-technical behaviour of prefab’s building parts is also related to the development and history of prefabrication. Section of the dissertation is a comparison of thermal-technical properties of several selected details of the prefabricated construction systems basement part with perimeter precast concrete panel walls (details are shown in Obr.03). Selected evaluated detail is part of the basement wall and the horizontal structure of the ceiling between the ground floor 1st GF and basement 1st BF. It studied the influence of embedding the basement into the ground, effect of thickness of added the thermal insulation of bottom substructure, effect of the gradual extending the thermal insulation under the ground, difference between extension of the thermal insulation under the ground and from the object parallel to the ground (as a thermally insulated sidewalk [11, str. 12]), and finally selected material variants of thermal insulation composite systems. It is always discussed about the progressions of temperature and water vapour pressure at different basement thermal insulation from the outside of panel object in the transition area basement 1st BF and ground floor 1st GF. The assessment of selected details is implement by comparing the results of thermal-technical assessment of structures modeled in computer software Area [80] and Teplo [81].
