Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is using selected methods for measuring business performance to evaluate the performance of a particular company and on the basis of the findings to formulate specific recommendations. All data which are used in this work for calculations come from internal sources of the business. The diploma thesis is divided into several parts. The most important parts are a theoretical part and a application part. In the theoretical part describes the methods and concepts which are used in the thesis. In the application part each method is applied and partial conclusions are created. Individual partial conclusions are then evaluated in the part of proposals and recommendations.
