Abstract

Replacement power supply for tripper cars to travel in Doly Bílina is provided by diesel generators. Because electrical equipment of some tripper cars already reaches the end of their lifetime, there is a gradual reconstruction. This thesis introduces the reconstruction of electrical equipment tripper cars. This tripper car uses the new frequency converters. This thesis examines stress conditions when driving a tripper car with the original electrical equipment and voltage ratios and a reconstructed tripper car with frequency converters operating on alternative power using a diesel generator.
