Vliv organizačních změn na systém prevence závažných havárií

Abstract

The thesis deals with the assessment of the impact of organizational changes on the system of prevention of major accidents. The aim is to propose practical recommendations and create supporting materials for the implementation of safe change. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts, selected examples of accidents and comparison of the Czech Republic with selected foreign countries. The practical part includes an analysis of risks related to organisational changes in relation to the major accident prevention system, elaboration of specific practical tools, supporting materials and proposals for recommendations to ensure safety during organisational changes.
