Abstract
The aim of this Diploma‘s thesis on "Modification of Employee Appraisal System in the Interplex Precision Engineering Czech Republic s. r. o. Company" is, based on acquired knowledge related to the subject of employee evaluation, analysis of employee evaluation system in company and results of questionnaire survey, how to modify and possibly improve this process. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of key concepts such as human resources, human capital or personnel activities, especially the evaluation of employees. The practical part is devoted to the description of the selected company and analysis of its current system of employee appraisal. Furthermore, this part deals with the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and suggestions or recommendations that could lead to improvement of the current system.
