Abstract

Thesis deals with the issue of recruitment and selection of workers. In the first sections is introduced the basic description of the selected company. The theoretical part describes and evaluates the methods of the process of recruiting and selecting employees. The practical part is focused on the examination of these processes in the selected company. Here are mentioned its specific ways of recruiting and selecting employees. In addition, there is analyses of the questionnaire submitted to the employees. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the processes of recruitment and selection of employees at SUNGWOO HITECH s.r.o, and on the basis of this analysis, propose possible provision to improve these processes.
