Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of multi-criteria decision making. The aim of the thesis is to describe and perform the attendance system selection process. In the thesis, the methods of criteria evaluation and the options evaluation method – the AHP method, are described. It also describes the process of selecting an attendance system for a particular organization. Chapter one is devoted to the theoretical background of multi-criteria decision-making and related methods as management support tools. The next chapters are devoted to the decision-making process, the description of current state of the organization, the requirements on the attendance system, from which a set of evaluation criteria is created. Furthermore, the different solutions are described and evaluated, and the best option is selected.
