Strategická analýza vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on performing strategic analysis on a selected company. Selected company produces goalkeeper’s gloves BU1. This company was selected due to the fact that author of this thesis is goalkeeper. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate current state of society and suggest next steps based on results of strategic analysis. Theoretical part of thesis defines basic concepts, that are connect to strategic analysis and practical part describes execution of this analysis and also contains summary SWOT analysis of outputs. Data for these analysis were provided by owner of the company during personal handover. At the end of the diploma thesis are described steps that should help the company with elimination of weaknesses.
