Revitalizace panelového sídliště, Bruntál - Květná

Abstract

Diplomová práce nazvaná Revitalizace panelového sídliště, Bruntál – Květná charakterizuje a popisuje stávající stav řešeného území. Zaměřuje se na problémy a nedostatky obytné části města, včetně odstranění negativ formou variantních řešení. Výsledná varianta komplexně řeší problémy území a výrazně mění dosavadní podobu panelového sídliště. Revitalizací vznikne v zájmovém území dostatečné množství herních ploch a odpočinkových míst, zároveň se zvýší počet parkovacích míst. Regenerací zeleně dojde k navýšení podílů zeleně v sídlišti, zlepší se hygienické podmínky území a dojde k celkové estetizaci městské části.

Thesis titled Revitalization of panel housing, Bruntal - Flower characterizes and describes the current status of the area in question. It focuses on the problems and shortcomings of the residential part of town, including the removal of the negative form of alternative solutions. The resulting variant comprehensively addresses the problems and significantly changing the current form of prefab housing. Revitalization of the area of interest arises in a sufficient amount of game sites and recreational places, while increasing the number of parking spaces. Regeneration of vegetation will increase the shares of greenery in the estate, improve the sanitary conditions of the territory and there is a total estetizaci boroughs.
