Abstract

The aim is to influence the economic crisis on child labor in India. Explained is varied definitions of child labor, the sectors with the highest incidence of working children and is characterized by major causes of child labor such as poverty, low education, and other external factors. Then there is shown the impact of child labor on adult labor market workers. Another part deals with the labor market of India. His formal and informal sector, size and structure of the workforce and ultimately leading causes of unemployment. This section also shows the relationship between child labor and education initiatives in India and the Indian government in combating this problem. The last part is devoted to the impact of the crisis on unemployment and poverty in India during the economic crisis and the situation of children's education. In conclusion, are examples of sectors that were most affected by the crisis and in which the children occur most frequently. Using statistical data and survey work reveals that the economic crisis contributed to the deterioration of the incidence of child labor and a significant outflow of children from school to work, thus ensuring at least some income for a family that is struggling with unemployment and poverty.
