Ekonomické příčiny úpadku a následné insolvenční řízení konkrétního podniku

Abstract

In the introductory part, the bachelor´s thesis on the chosen topic deals with the basic concepts and principles associated with insolvency proceedings. For the selected company, it is then shown what can be the cause of bankruptcy and subsequent bankruptcy. The practical part also summarizes the insolvency proceedings of the company and its evaluation of the success of the insolvency proceedings in relation to registered creditors. In the final part, recommendations to debtors are given and the development of insolvency in the Czech Republic is shown.
