Systém prevence a oprav strojního zařízení na lomu

Abstract

In my bachelor’s work, I would like to resolve problems of reparations of machine equipment in the Plešovice quarry. My task is not completely reorganize running system of reparations and to make radical changes in organization, but I want to point out some modern directions in technology of maintenance. The system based on practice and visual perception is low-tech and is necessary to change to the system based on long-lasting control and monitoring of the main machine components. The asset should be bigger reliability, lower costs of maintenance, lower loss from the reason of breakdown and reduction of store reserve of spare parts to the minimum. In these savings, I see the motivation to the first steps on the way to the increase of the serviceability and the profitability of the production.
